Shipping Rates
- Orders under $200 ship for a flat rate of $10 within the United States.
- Orders of $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
- Shipping promotions, if offered, may override standard shipping rates for a limited time.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Multiple Shipments
To help your items arrive as quickly as possible, products may ship from multiple warehouse locations and suppliers.
As a result, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping fees if your order ships in multiple shipments.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is important to us.
Orders are shipped in plain packaging without product details visible on the exterior. Shipping labels and return addresses are designed to be discreet whenever possible.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, carrier delays and weather events may occasionally impact delivery schedules. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
